Customs are required to provide the list of documents below. Do note these are the basic minimum requirements, we may request additional supporting documents.

All client's information will remain confidential. Sevennine Limited should acknowledge the recipient of all account opening documents and reserve the right to accept or reject the application without disclosing the reasons.

  1. Memorandum of Associations

  2. Business Registration

  3. Company Incorporation

  4. NAR1

  5. Customs & Excise Department DPMS Registration certificate (For local companies)

PASSPORT OR ID COPIES

  1. Beneficial Owners / Shareholders

  2. Directors or Authorized Signatories

  3. Person/s who will operate the Account

PROOF OF ADDRESS

  1. Registered Address

  2. Office/Principal Address (place where the business activities are performed)

  3. Each Beneficial Owner / Shareholder
